At MSR Traps®, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

• You may return items within 14 days of receipt.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Exclusions

• Used traps cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons unless defective.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty).
